Brian D. Downing, PE
Brian’s technical career began in 1979 and he co-founded DeltaSE in 1997. He is highly skilled in the design of process control systems, SCADA, telemetry, PLC based control systems, and motor control systems. Brian’s expertise includes working as a senior instrument technician for the City of Glendale, where his focus was water and wastewater process control systems. Brian has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada.
A veteran of the armed forces, Mr. Downing served nearly 5 years in the United States Air Force as an F-111 aircraft avionics technician. Following his honorable discharge from military service, he worked as a field service engineer on the B-52 and F-15 aircraft simulators for CAE-Link, at Minot AFB, North Dakota, and Luke AFB in Arizona.
Angela Downing joined DeltaSE as Operations Manager in 2014. Angela has over 18 years of experience as the Vice President of a small corporation, and many additional years of experience with business management, marketing, business development, accounting and human resources. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Angela is responsible for the firm’s financial and administrative management as well as human resources.
Dee Nichols, EIT
Dee joined DeltaSE in 2003, and has over 20 years of experience with electrical and control system design and project management. He also has more than three years of programming and software development experience, along with over four years of extensive electrical and control system troubleshooting experience. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. His vast project experience is a tremendous asset to our clients, and ranges from development of initial conceptual and detailed designs to installation, troubleshooting, energy studies, and system commissioning. His design and project management experience ranges from stand-alone packaged treatment systems and water production facilities to multi-site SCADA and networked video surveillance systems.
